We used RAABIT for an import shipment into the UAE and the whole process was handled smoothly. Their team kept us updated on the shipment and customs clearance, and communication was quick whenever we had a question. Very easy team to work with.

We had a time sensitive delivery from UAE to Saudi Arabia and RAABIT arranged the transportation and documentation for us. Updates were clear throughout the trip and the cargo arrived as scheduled. We will definitely work with them again.

What I appreciate most is their response time. We regularly need support with freight and customs clearance, and the RAABIT team is always reachable and straightforward about the process and charges. So far, our experience has been very good
